Coaching is a thinking partnership, between the coach and the coachee, in which our shared goal is to achieve your desired outcome!
In contrast to mentoring, which is focused on a transfer of knowledge, and counselling, which is typically focused on the past, coaching focuses on the present and future.
At the core of any coaching session are three questions; “Where are we now?”, “Where do we want to be?” and “How do we get there?”Together, we can then formulate a strong plan of action to move you closer to where you want to be!

I will partner with you as your dedicated Accredited Transformational Coach, and be in the trenches with you, while we work through what it is that’s holding you back, and work out a plan of action to move things forward!
Whatever you are feeling, chances are I’ve been there and felt the same, and through sharing these feelings with my own coach I’ve achieved great progress through increased self-awareness, self-belief and self-worth.
Together we’ll brainstorm your current situation, figure out what’s standing in your way and make a plan for how we can get you there.
Using tried and tested coaching tools and methodologies, we’ll see things from a different perspective and cultivate a new level of awareness, allowing us to build momentum and get results, fast.

Coaching is a thinking partnership involving 1:1 future-focused conversations about your future.
Coaching conversations are private and confidential, and can be held in-person or remotely via Zoom.
We’ll meet weekly, fortnightly or monthly, at an agreed place and time, to discuss where you’re at, what you’re feeling, how things are going and from there, formulate and refine our plan of action for moving forward.
Coaching is client-led, meaning YOU decide what we talk about, how we talk about it and what you want to do about it! -
Coaching is a thinking partnership. In a coaching conversation, you hear yourself think out loud with someone who keeps their focus entirely on you. This is incredibly powerful, and often leads to huge insights and realisations!
Coaching is also an accountability partnership, meaning that your coach will help to keep you on track with what you’ve agreed to do, in order to get your desired outcome!
A big part of the work from coaching also happens during reflection in between sessions. We might just have stumbled on something that’s been holding you back for years, without you realising it! This often takes time to sink in, before it can be changed and acted upon.
When you commit to coaching, trust the process and take action in between sessions, you’ll find that momentum starts to build, you will start to see and think more clearly, feel more motivated and energised, and start to see results!
